Delivery Policy

What are your delivery charges?

We have a FREE Standard UK delivery, which takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Our Express delivery costs you £9.99, and takes 2-3 working days to arrive. 

Which carriers do you work with?

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• Amazon Logistics
• Royal Mail
• myHermes

When do you deliver?

Standard delivery is by courier, within 3-5 working days of your order. Express delivery takes 2-3 days. If any products you've requested aren't in stock, we'll email you to let you know.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times. Customers outside the UK please email us to clogstore@gmail.com with details of the products you'd like to order, so that we can send you a shipping quotation.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact us at clogstore@gmail.com or phone us on +44 7964 102234, so that we can sort this out for you.
